Did you (or a player in your game) playtest the Bard ability: "Ear Worm"?
(Required)
The right tune can be more infectious than a deadly disease. Starting at 6th level, you can use an action to can choose one creature who you can see within 60 feet and sing a short snippet of a magical tune. If the creature can hear you, it must make a Charisma saving throw against your spell save DC. On a failed save, the creature involuntarily joins you in singing, and continues singing (or at least attempting to sing) for the next minute. During this time, the creature cannot cast any spells which require a verbal component, or make any sounds besides singing the song. The creature may make an additional Charisma save at the end of each of their turns to end this effect. This effect may only be used one time per short or long rest.
